How to Choose a 4D Massage Chair
What separates a genuine 4D chair from a 3D one, and the specifications worth checking before you stock a model.
What '4D' actually means
A 3D massage mechanism moves in three axes — up and down the back, side to side, and in and out (depth). A 4D mechanism adds control over the speed and rhythm of that depth movement, so it can pause, press and vary intensity in a way that feels closer to human hands.
For a showroom, the practical takeaway is that 4D chairs generally command a higher price point and suit customers who want the most adjustable, therapeutic experience. Our Z90 uses a 4D manipulator; the Z91 is a 3D chair positioned a step below it.
Track length and coverage
Look for an SL-track (also called a super-long track): a single curved rail that carries the rollers from the neck, down the spine and under the seat to the glutes and thighs. This gives true full-body coverage rather than stopping at the lower back.
Both the Z90 and Z91 use SL tracks, so the massage follows the natural curve of the spine from neck to glutes.
Specs to check before you stock
Confirm the operating voltage suits Indian mains, the reclined footprint and wall clearance fit typical rooms, and the carton dimensions and container loading quantities work for your logistics. Every product page on this site lists these in full.
